1. When Refunds Are Eligible
- Duplicate payment — charged twice for the same donation
- Technical failure — payment deducted but no confirmation received
- Unauthorized transaction — donation made without your knowledge
- Incorrect amount — different amount than intended was charged
2. How to Request
Email within 30 days: sakshampathfoundation@gmail.com
Subject: "Refund Request - [Transaction ID]"
Include: Name, phone, transaction ID, amount, reason, screenshot.
3. Processing Time
- Acknowledgment: 2 working days
- Verification: 5-7 working days
- Refund credit: 10-14 working days
- Bank processing: Additional 3-5 business days
